LOT ONE :

Large island, with a cavity of 284 – Ha + 5 HA OF TOTAL CONTINENT  289. Flat topography, surrounded by calm waters of the Esmeraldas River, sunshine 48 weeks a year, with average temperatures between 27ºcc and 32ºcc

In this certain body there are planted approximately 120 – Ha. of Teak in development, with 9 years of age, prepared to continue the planting reforestation project.

Fertile tropical humid area, ideal for planting, development and maturation of forests. Because the Island is surrounded by the Esmeraldas River, the size of the property has naturally increased, the benefit of which is for the owner.

Our Teak is guaranteed with the use of the best seeds from Costa Rica. We have certificates from the source  semillera, which guarantees our crops.

 

LOT TWO GASTELU

It is located in front of the Island, separated by an arm of the River, approximately 80m wide, when the waters decrease at low tide, it can be crossed on foot. This lot has a capacity of 30-Ha, where there is a mine to be exploited: stones, ballast, sand, gravel, among others.

Materials of essential use for construction, areas that are in throbbing development, with access roads and three bridges, incorporate the northern zone of the Province to the City, where lots, urbanizations, vacation areas are already promoted.
